You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Guide Dogs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1. Please include your receipt or packing slip
2. Let us know what you would like to exchange.
3. Include your phone number
4. Pack your return securely, in the original package ,if possible, and include your completed packing slip or  receipt.

Once we've received and processed your return or exchange, you will be notified.
